Sono un ingegnere informatico libero professionista e mi occupo della progettazione e di implementazione di soluzioni CRM per le PMI.
Offro consulenza sia tecnica e quindi di sviluppo moduli, modifica moduli esistenti, integrazioni di sistema, ma anche consulenza relativa alla (re)ingegnerizzazione del processo aziendale.
Solitamente quando è il cliente finale che mi contatta, insieme analizziamo il processo aziendale in modo da creare un flusso di lavoro condiviso e solo successivamente inizia lo sviluppo delle integrazioni.
Normalmente non rilascio mai il prodotto in uno unica trance ma a vari steps concordati con il cliente in modo tale che possa vedere e discutere in ogni momento gli avanzamenti.

Sono solito anche collaborare con software house o consulenti e in questo caso in funzione delle loro richieste realizzo nuovi moduli, modifiche a moduli esistenti o integrazioni con altri sistemi. Nella mia esperienza lavorativa ho implementato diverse soluzioni sia per aziende di servizio che per aziende di processo.
